It’s not often that famous architects and their iconic work get the Hollywood treatment, so you can imagine my utter excitement when I read that the Farnsworth House, Mies van der Rohe’s domestic masterpiece, is becoming a studio picture. Yes. That's right. A movie about building a house. Not just any house, but a house that this architectural historian's dreams are made of. And for a little icing on that glass box cake, Jeff Bridges and Maggie Gyllenhal are teaming up to star in the flick. Fingers crossed that the movie will be as dramatic as the house itself.

It seems like MACRAMÉ is EVERYWHERE, and even though I may be a little late to the Boho game, I've always liked a little CaliMod in my life. So I managed to convince the husband to whip up this beauty for the corner of our dining nook.
