Over here at claass HAUS, we are giving one of our bathrooms a little "refresh," meaning some new paint, a new light, and whatever else I can find to spruce the place up a bit. Admittedly, these changes aren't much, but hopefully they will be just enough to make our powder room more livable until a larger construction project is feasible. From top left to right Mist Double Sconce in Lacquered White Porcelain/Polished Lacquered Brass ($369) Davis 2 Light Vanity Light ($170) Vega Bath 3 Bulb Brass Wall Sconce ($149) Davis Double Sconce 2.25" in Natural Brass ($199) Theo ($269) Williamson 2 Light Vanity Light in Antique Nickel ($129.60) So today, I offer a few lighting solutions for our vanity. And because our little cottage was constructed in the 1940s, I am eyeing something modern but not too industrial or contemporary. Oh, and price matters. So all (but one) of these beauties are under $300. Thoughts?

I’m sure you’ve selected your lighting by now! Ha! But the last fixture caught my eye as I was looking at that very design as we were replacing lighting 4 years ago. But it didn’t fit our 70s ranch so I went with something else. I love your taste!!

The lights are just what I need right now. I think that people need to be able to do what it is that they want to do. If we do not try what it is that we want to do, then life is going to be boring. I am not that good with what I am doing, but I want to do it. My life is like a dark episode right now, but I hope that I become able to use the lights that I have in my life.
