 How about a little love for another one of Charlotte's fine local establishments this morning? SLATE furniture + art collective is maybe my favorite place to find unique, modern home goods locally, so even if you don't live nearby (or, er, walking distance), check this place out if you ever find yourself in the Queen City. SLATE is a little different from your usual design store. It's a multi-merchant space selling artwork and furnishings in a range of styles, but the booths are well curated, and you don't feel overwhelmed during your shopping experience. Here are just a few of the (very glam) things I found on my last visit- so you get the idea. (I know. There's a lot of brass. But I can't quit it.) See you in Charlotte and have a good weekend.
