Happy Valentine’s Day! My toddler loves cookies. He also loves cars. Luckily for him, he’s getting both for Valentine’s Day. This year, my little guy will be partying with his preschool pals, so I made him these cute (and easy) cards to hand out at school.   Alas, these were not my idea, I found them here and adapted them a bit. But I really liked the end product, and my little one seemed pretty excited about them too. I was also tasked with bringing cookies for his class (don’t worry, they are also having a plethora of healthy snacks). I found this recipe at Smitten Kitchen, subbed in some pink and red sprinkles, added lemon zest, and ended up with these festive mini cookies. Fingers crossed, the little toddler gang will be impressed!
