Bucky on my mind. Since I haven't had much time this summer to research and write new posts, I thought I would take a look back at one of my favorite write-ups of last year- the one all about America's favorite bespectacled design scientist, Buckminster Fuller. The inventive Mr. Fuller would have celebrated a birthday this month (July 12, 1895), so it seems like the perfect time to peruse a few fun facts about the visionary's fascinating career (FBI intrigue and failed designs experiments, anyone?) You can read it here.
Have a good rest of the week! Image at top: Buckminster Fuller. Black Mountain College Research Project, North Carolina Museum of Art. Courtesy of Western Regional Archives, State Archives of North Carolina.
